Terms for using KhetiShop

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use KhetiShop for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Stop using the service if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Account and security

Provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected unauthorised use immediately.

3. Products, pricing and orders

Product descriptions, images, pack sizes, availability and prices may change. Packaging can differ from images without changing the product. An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance; we may verify stock, address, payment or regulatory requirements before confirmation.

Prices are shown in INR. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed where relevant. We may cancel an order affected by stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or legal requirements and will process any due refund.

4. Responsible product use

Read the manufacturer label, dosage, crop recommendation, safety directions and expiry information before use. Product suitability can depend on crop, soil, climate and local conditions. General platform content is informational and does not replace professional or manufacturer guidance.

5. Payments, delivery and returns

Payments may be handled by third-party gateways. Their availability and processing are subject to their terms. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt services.
• Do not upload malware, scrape protected data, impersonate others or submit false orders.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
• Comply with applicable laws and product restrictions.

7. Intellectual property and user content

KhetiShop and its licensors own the platform, branding, software and content unless stated otherwise. You may use it only for personal, lawful shopping purposes. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and allow us to use it to operate and promote the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability and liability

We aim for accurate information and reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, KhetiShop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension, changes and governing law

We may restrict access for fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach. We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date. These Terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
